Only slightly different from the European version. Around US$30. Had 24 pages and was 11"14". Differences between the European and USA versions: 1) The cover; 2) Replacement of album cover with collage of live pictures on page 3; 3) Paul picture on page 4; 4) Colour of KISS logo on page 14; 5) Tour credits on page 22.
