"Cold Gin" recorded live at Cobo Hall, Detroit, MI ib September 25, 2009 by Tobias Nievelstein. Mixed by Brent Woods. "Crazy Crazy Nights" recorded livee in Arnhem, Holland on June 18, 2010 by by Tobias Nievelstein. Mixed by Greg Collins. Special Best Buy boxed edition includes a man's XL KISS T-shirt. Disk 2 track 19 Japanese exclusive bonus track recorded live at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, 10/24/2013. The Japanese version also includes an 68 page booklet.
